missingWrote a review on 18 Octoutdated rooms
Rooms felt outdated with some decor needing a refresh, which detracts from that five-star experience. Dining experiences during peak hours were chaotic. waiting for a table often made meals less enjoyable. Access fees for spa facilities were surprisingly high, and there was a lack of clarity around charges for beach loungers, leading to confusion. Also, the management seemed to be more focused on catering to large groups rather than offering personalized guest experiences.

The resort boasts a breathtaking private beach with clear turquoise waters. I loved the daily themed buffet dinners showcasing local delicacies. The staff was genuinely engaging, especially during the various activities. The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and featured a lovely terrace with garden furniture. However, the dining experience felt a bit chaotic during peak times. It sometimes took a while to get a table, and the buffet could get crowded quickly. The main restaurant was large, serving over 200 guests at once, which felt overwhelming. The air conditioning in the room also struggled a bit during the day, making it slightly uncomfortable. I appreciated the shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the local area, but more information upon check-in could have improved the experience significantly.
